In addition to verifying your status as a business in the ordering process, we are entitled to request proof of your business status by presenting suitable and current documents, e.g. an excerpt from the commercial register or a business registration. For goods that cannot be freely sold or purchased, e.g. goods in categories F3, F4, P2, T2, we will check your suitable and current permits/licenses according to the Explosives Act §7, §20, §27.

The product representations contained in the online shop of Pyro-Point GmbH serve as a legally binding purchase offer made by the customer.
You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
